Director Of Commercial Development & Financial Analysis
Current• Oversee and manage the corporate project engineering team, including development and training, to provide accurate, timely estimates.• Oversee and manage the global tooling department.• Manage and develop the cost modeling tool.• Manage and audit BOM implementation into financial systems.• Provide financial analysis and support to the corporate sales department.• Calculate and process corporate sales commissions.• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting of revenue on a quarterly and annual basis. • Create, maintain, and discuss the pricing strategy of the organization and keep the pricing strategy in line with the organization’s overall pricing structure.• Develop and maintain relationships with key customer and vendor contacts.• Coordinate project kickoff with plant management team.• Identify cost savings on strategic customer projects.• Develop and train plant management on pricing procedures, compliance, and documentation control.• Responsible for departmental budget and direct report performance reviews.
