My responsibilities include the development of custom tools, process extensions (PX's), data migration and data transformation for Oracle Agile PLM. In some cases the solutions are driven by acquisitions, divestitures, compliance and even efficiency/productivity. I work in a team based environment that includes technical and functional experts working to address current and future concerns of customers. Some of the technologies used include Java, SQL, MSSQL and jQuery.

Serve as subject matter expert on Oracle Agile PLM Software in Raleigh office. Lead training initiative for my team. Gather requirements, design and deliver solutions in a timely manner. Perform installs, configurations and customizations per customers’ requirements. Support several projects simultaneously, and effectively communicate with team members and manage changes across the globe. Developed custom Java utilities, process extensions and web apps using the Oracle Agile SDK enabling customers to save thousands of dollars and remain compliant.

Provided cost effective solutions for small businesses and implemented those solutions. Assisted in the creation of a public presence through design and development. Installed and modified modules and components using PHP and CSS. Served a technical lead for small organizations.

Improve the visual appearance and usability of the current applications being sold. This interface was in use for almost 10 years and the current users were resistant to accept the changes. Eased the concerns of users by performing interviews/research and used the results to create a more user-friendly experience. Created a new interface for the configuration of parameters of the application.

Served as the ranking authority on the firing line at the shooting range and provided one on one instruction to both military and civilian shooters.

Provided web design and consulting services to organizations consisting of 20 employees. Helped reduce their overhead by 50% through 24hr on call service. Used analytical skills and expert management for the internet/intranet infrastructure, including components such as web, file transfer protocol (FTP), news and mail servers.

Increased organization productivity and efficiency through the installation of new hardware and software. Designed, built, and maintained web sites, using authoring and scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media. Authored budgetary documents e.g. proposals, contractual documentation, case analysis, trend analysis and cost estimations. Technically supported an internal network consisting of over 20 nodes and servers; installed Wireless Access Points and a 48 port layer 2 smart switch. Lead organization in the upgrade of the network infrastructure.
