Assist Manufacturing Plants in maintaining Quality Systems/Documents & ensure the latest AIAG/IATF standards are met. Drive Evidence based Quality Systems which leads to Preventative Controls & Robust Process Results.Maximize production efficiencies through elements of the TPS (Toyota Production System) stabilize the 4Ms, define Standardized Work and eliminate waste.Mentor Manufacturing Operational Teams with Proactive Strategy on Identifying areas of improvement and a go see approach. Engaged with Teams to drive improvement activities to completion.Troubleshoot and develop plans to resolve manufacturing issues through Red X Problem Solving methodology. Drive robust G8D processes & Robust Evidence based ICA/PCA’s to prevent repeat issues.Develop strategy for Reducing Waste, Increase Efficiency and Reduce Costs, all to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing Plants.
