Supervise a support team of Chemists, Lab techs, Waste water techs and Mechanical techs in a two location printed circuit board manufacturing facility. Safely control and monitor the delivery and storage of regulated hazardous chemicals and materials, incorporate the Chemists and lab techs analysis processes with the production and quality engineer needs. Manage the short term storage and disposal of all regulated hazardous waste produced in the circuit board wet plating and production process. Audit and maintain all regulatory permits to comply with, EPA, State, Local, OSHA and DOT regulations.
