• Propose separation technology to uplift iron grade or remove ferrous impurities for various ore beneficiation, mineral processing and tailings recycling applications (magnetite, hematite, lithium/spodumene, silica sand, calcium fluorite, vanadium, rare earth, red mud).• Access the flowsheet and size the magnetic separators (e.g., RE Roll/Drum, LIMS, MIMIS, WHIMS).• Design and perform the metallurgical test work (benchmark, pilot and demonstration) programs, sample assay and results interpretation.• Deliver commercial proposals for greenfield and brownfield projects and build relationships with clients.

• Avonbank Project Development (Greenfield, Heavy Mineral Sands, VIC).• Flowsheet design & optimization on Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS), Pre-feasibility Study (PFS) and Conceptual/Scoping Study.• Non-continuous and continuous demonstration plant execution (Mineral Separation Plant).• Rare Earth (monazite and xenotime) minerals extraction and processing.• Marketing and Business development.

• Teaching on the subjects of ‘Introduction to Materials Engineering’, ‘Soil Mechanics’, and ‘Structural Analysis’.• Computational simulation and practical lab education and supervision.

• Flowsheet optimization on Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) and Pre-feasibility Study (PFS).• Tendering of processing equipment (Acid Bake Kiln, Rock Breaker, Crusher, SAG Mill, Screens, Apron Feeder, Flotation Cells, Filters, Thickener, Air Compressor, Slurry Pumps).• Bidding of Sulfuric Acid Plant, Reverse Osmosis Plant and Lime Slaking Plant.• Vendors management of chemicals/reagents (Quicklime, Caustic Soda, Sulfur, MgO, Sodium Bicarbonate).
