I individually completed more than 54 projects totaling over $20 million and have overseen more than 152 projects totaling over $26 million. Projects included installation, refurbishment, and commissioning of various equipment types such as: electrical MCC rooms, thermal oxidizer and natural gas burners, asphalt and water tanks and piping, raw material storage silos and structure, concrete foundations, sewer and sanitary lines, manufacturing process equipment, fire suppression systems, and utility equipment.• Guided and developed a Junior Project Engineer and Co-op Students. • Acted as Environmental Coordinator to ensure that the facility is in compliance with air emission, spill prevention, waste water treatment plant, and hazardous waste requirements and permits.• Received the GAF President's Circle Award in 2021 for the successful construction and commissioning of Recycled Asphalt Shingle (RAS) equipment. As a result, GAF was the first to market with asphalt roofing shingles that contain recycled material from post-consumer and post-manufacture waste shingles that otherwise would have headed to a landfill.

Ridge Energy Station

• Facilitated Root Cause Failure Analysis and Defect Elimination exercises to review failures, identify corrective actions to prevent recurrence, and refine asset strategies to sustain the corrective actions.• Performed outage-related tasks, such as managing repair and install projects, completing equipment inspections, and updating the Asset Health Register with findings. The Asset Health Register was used to deliver input on future outage planning and capital project budgeting.

Four Corners Mine

• Generated Precision Maintenance job plans for equipment installations, optimized Preventative Maintenance tasks for various equipment types, directed the use of Predictive Maintenance technologies, and provided technical leadership and training to supervisors and mechanics as these enhancements were established. This has resulted in a reduction of potential safety and environmental incidents, improved equipment availability, lower operating cost, and a more efficient use of manpower.• Prolonged equipment service life by launching and sustaining lubrication improvements. This involved overseeing 180+ oil samples, transforming lubrication processes (type, amount, frequency), and modifying diverse equipment to reach world class standards for in-use oil cleanliness.• Addressed international audiences, by way of webinars and conferences, on subjects pertaining to employing best practices regarding Precision Lubrication. The presentations and topics are based on the success at Four Corners and were centered on helping other companies achieve the goals of their programs.

South Fort Meade Mine

• Assured a valuable beneficiation plant operation by mentoring employees to render operational decisions with the target of preventing downtime, maximizing production rates and quality, and decreasing controllable costs• Safeguarded against safety and environmental risks by completing area inspections, observing employee behavior, and adhering to MSHA regulations• Created opportunities to enhance Washer, Sizer, and Flotation equipment and processes by collaborating with operators and Assistant Superintendents

Wingate Creek Mine

• Implemented and sustained innovative reports and displays, using PI and Excel, which predicted equipment (mostly pumps) failures and detected operational time outside of verified parameters. The reports benefited maintenance personnel by furnishing a timeline for when machinery needed to be rebuilt so that the task could be arranged for a scheduled outage. The displays profited operators and supervisors by empowering them to use real time information to prevent downtime, maximize production, and decrease controllable costs• Enhanced beneficiation plant recovery and efficiency by troubleshooting and creating engineering changes to Washer, Sizer, and Flotation equipment and processes
