About Mario Allen

Being a resident of South Florida for over 30 years, I’ve lived and worked with clients in various industries in both Broward and Dade County. I believe a good real estate agent is similar in nature to a conductor of a symphony, coordinating the different parties to make a successful transaction a reality. At different points in the process, a real estate agent is a salesperson, a buyer’s advocate, an analyst, a consultant, a negotiator and a marketer, just to name a few. I also believe everyone deserves an agent that has integrity, good negotiating and analytical skills, is self-motivated as well as, a real problem-solver that pays attention to the smallest of details. My enthusiasm for helping others and innate ability to zero-in on client’s needs and wants help me connect with people and provide them with the best service possible. When I'm not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, volunteering and riding my bicycle year-round in the beautiful Florida weather.
