Led team of 7 careers staff from a range of UK universities making progress on issues facing disabled students and graduates.Coordinated group operations ensuring organisation of training events, creation of resources for careers practitioners and the production of relevant reports were carried out within budget.Represented AGCAS externally including at Disabled Students' Inquiry by PolicyConnect and the HE Commission. The resulting Arriving at Thriving report makes recommendations to improve HE for disabled students.Co-authored 'What Happens Next?' reports 2015 to 2021, analysing national data to assess the disabled graduate prospects in the UK. The 2021 report was subsequently cited in a parliamentary briefing paper on 'Support for disabled students in higher education', and referenced by the Minister for Universities at the parliamentary dispatch box.

Part of the professional body disability task group and work on a number of initiatives to help shape the careers support available to disabled H.E. students nationwide. Projects included,- Negotiating funding for, and co-developing a careers video for H.E. students with disabilities in the UK.- Establishing the AGCAS DTG Blog, to inform knowledge and good practice, and publicise disability intiatives.

Represented AGCAS on the Engineering UK Careers Advisory Panel building the relationship between the organisations whilst sharing information and updates.

Giving one-to-one guidance to students on the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL), Legal Practice Course (LPC) and the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) with career planning both within law and also alternative sectors.Running careers workshops in a number of areas including, Interviews, Assessment Centres and Career Strategy

Advice & Guidance - Provided advice and guidance to a wide range of students from business, languages and law, to IT and media.Research - Investigated labour market and career opportunity information in a project to produce newsletters for academics and other interested parties relevant.

Management role whilst also maintaining responsibility for providing advice to a case load of students,- Managed a team of 10 Student Advisers and administrative staff who provided advisory and administrative support to students in the Computing, Engineering and Mathematical Science department.- Dealt with sensitive situations including reducing excessive sick leave amongst other issues.- Led team to successfully complete large administrative project providing accurate academic records for 3000 students and, in collaboration with adjacent field board team, producing award board reports for the Faculty within inflexible deadlines.

Provided advisory support to students in the Computing, Engineering and Mathematical Science faculty including,- assisting students with course options, and pastoral support with financial issues, and extenuating circumstances affecting study or wellbeing

Coached children aged 4-18 at a range of soccer camps around New York, Conneticut, New Jersey and Massechusetts.Ensured enjoyment and wellbeing of children at camps that ranged between 3 hour daily sessions, to full week residential courses.
