Hello. Welcome to my LinkedIn.com profile page. My name is Allen Turner and I am a US intellectual property (IP) attorney who practices out of Utah and now Nevada (patents only in Nevada). Primarily, I am here to reconnect with friends, family, former and present colleagues, and, more generally, to connect with new people from various walks of life. Professionally, I have worked in most areas of intellectual property law (patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and related litigation), with a special emphasis in obtaining patent and trademark protection for chemical and life sciences developments (e.g., drugs, natural products, vaccines, biotechnology, gene therapy, medical devices, cosmetics, and other related inventions) and "Fintech".
