• Delivering the B2B E-Commerce (EDI) solution for the Frito-Lay Division migration to PepsiCo’s SAP implementation.
• Defined the B2B e-commerce scope which resulted in accurate funding and resource allocations for the project.
• Established relationships with a wide range of project participants from end users to senior management creating the proper visibility for the B2B e-commerce requirements within a large enterprise project.
• Managed the project scope and timeline ensuring that project milestones could be met using the allocated resources and that a sustainable solution was being delivered.
• Designed the new e-commerce interfaces for the B2B EDI transactions to and from SAP. Created the EDI mapping requirements specifications and led EDI developers in the creation of EDI maps.
• Supported the regression testing activities for 42 existing e-commerce/SAP interfaces to ensure the introduction of new SAP logic did not negatively impact the existing interfaces.

• Managed the allocation of e-commerce development resources across projects for multiple divisions of PepsiCo.
• Provided development resources to work with the existing business while meeting the scheduled roll out of four releases of SAP.
• Utilized MS Project to provide visibility of resource bandwidth for proper planning and management of customer expectations.
• Worked with development resources to expedite the resolution of technical issues which affected testing and release schedules.
• Partnered closely with SAP delivery manager to track and deliver development work outside of what could be handled by the dedicated SAP resources.
• Juggled multiple priorities and ever changing timelines ensuring that the SAP delivery manager received the support needed.

• Partnered with multiple divisions within PepsiCo to develop B2B solutions and to develop maps for SAP as a part of PepsiCo’s OneUp initiative to consolidate to one ERP solution.
• Created EDI, XML, and Flat File maps to meet the B2B requirements for various applications within PepsiCo, including banking, order to cash, purchase to pay, warehousing, and transportation.
• Converted 100+ GXS Application Integrator EDI Invoice maps to map to GXS Application Integrator as a migration effort to consolidate to SAP.
• Streamlined the mapping process creating a program that uses architecture map specifications to upload to GXS Application Integrator.
• Evaluated upgraded version of GXS Application Integrator in light of new XML functionality and enhanced GXS mapping tool to allow XML acknowledgements.
• Updated map specification template to use a standard look and feel for communicating mapping information to development team and internal customers.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

• Utilized technical software skills in various rolls to support the Raytheon defense group.
• Enabled the success of an Electronic Catalogue System by integrating the Vertex Tax package through C API’s. This success led to the first enterprise wide application to be used across Raytheon’s multiple divisions.
• Designed Pro*C interfaces to move data back and forth between Raytheon’s Enterprise Electronic Catalogue System and the legacy systems.
