-Created a framework using Selenium Java to test the web client portion of our application and trained three manual testers with zero to limited programming experience to use and create automated tests with it.-Supported the manual testers using my framework by answering questions, reviewing code, and making updates and additions to the framework.-Automated multiple manual test scripts using my framework.-Tested the API by creating a shared logic block in Javascript using Postman, covered nearly 50% of the API endpoints by myself (I am the only QA staff testing the API).-Created an automated performance benchmark suite using AutoIt, Java, and Windows utilities to coordinate the running of multiple environments to run the benchmarks, and collate the results.-Created a custom automated utility in AutoIt with a GUI front end that automated manual tasks related to the running of the Windows application portion of our software.-I am the Automation Department.

-Automated what was a fully manual process which involved a developer manually running the key generation code and copying the results into an Excel spreadsheet into a fully automated one by porting the code into Salesforce Apex, and creating all the flows, so key generation happens as they are needed.-Created multiple tools using Python to facilitate repetitive tasks, such as uploading multiple files to file sharing sites, and updating file permissions.-Administered our JIRA instance, updating workflows, adding fields, added automation scripts per requests from the Dev team.-Administered Salesforce per requests from the Sales and Support team.

- Automated the testing of 500+ display ad design templates in JSON with Python, and created Python scripts to automate manual tasks.- Oversaw the process of bringing new templates from test server to production server, which included adding new entries to SQL database via migration scripts, packaging up of design assets, and running various commands on Linux servers.- Created and executed test plans on new features, owning the testing process end-to-end.- Performed white-box, black-box, coverage, user acceptance, and regression testing on web applications and websites.- Manually tested, found, logged, debugged, and occasionally fixed bugs of web applications.- Validated REST API calls against spec.- Fixed automation tests in Selenium.

- Expanded and improved Flash display ad framework that created display ads of various sizes and designs.Increased number of available designs from 3 to 16.- Created numerous animation classes that drew the artwork instead of loading image files externally.- Overcame significant technical challenges such as: Initial load size limit of less than 40KB. Implemented a manual caching system in Flash, because it was not caching images properly. Various Internationalization challenges surrounding text field sizes and URL decoding. Generated JPEG images of individual frames of display ads for use in no-Flash situations.- Manually tested websites and web applications.- Designed a wide array of icons used in ads.- Ported Flash ad designs to HTML5.- Took on production artist duties when product was updated to new proprietary JSON format. Single handedly created 280+ display ad design templates.

Worked on Internet Explorer 7 for Windows Vista and Windows XP. Tested multiple aspects of IE, from UI to Set up. Also did a large amount of external website source code troubleshooting to determine whether rendering errors were caused by IE or bad coding. Worked with test leads and came up with ideas to streamline the testing process.
