Prior to gigs i helped schedule and set up all the details that go into the hologram stages. Worked with companies to get every aspect ordered and ready for the performance. I traveled with the operations team to every gig to help set up the holograms. I am also one of the only females in North America who knows how to set up our patented hologram stages. Previously worked with executive producers, CEO and accountants to mange talents schedules, and productions scheulde and make sure show times follow the EPG. Work one on one with talents, such as Janice Dickinson, Corey Feldman, Andy Dick, Kato Kaelin, Eric Roberts etc.on their episodes for BattleCam. Ability to troubleshoot any production difficulties or problems that come within area of responsibility. Manage the California FilmOn Studios, located in the heart of Beverly Hills. Oversee everything that happens in the studios, from new equipment installation, managing production staff to fulfilling talents needs.

-Provide administrative support on a one on one basis.- Help make the best use of DOO time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks-Schedule potential talent auditions for live television shows- Help make travel arrangements, organizing events/engagements, running errands, managing appointments or calendars, making reservations, placing orders, answering/returning calls, and many other similar administrative, clerical and support duties.-Help in studio during live productions assisting production crew as needed-Assist with bookkeeping/petty cash, organizing and managing files and performing Internet research-Help keep studio in a clean and orderly manner and making sure everything is fully stocked and organized at all times.
