Utilizing Salesforce.com, I manage sales pipelines effectively, ensuring targeted sales efforts and opportunity pursuit. I have developed a comprehensive understanding of our company's products and procedures, enabling me to assist customers and representatives efficiently.I conduct lead generation by analyzing bid postings on web platforms to identify potential job leads, monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions, and identify opportunities for improvement. Working closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, I help align strategies with company objectives. I address issues and conflicts promptly within the team and with external stakeholders, review all orders for accuracy, and process approval requests as needed.Additionally, I support the rep network by handling sample requests and answering sales calls. I contribute to fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement, and I strictly comply with all safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment for all team members.
