Two of my favorite things in the world are solving problems and helping people. Luckily for me, there's a professional world that lets me combine both - enablement.Throughout my career I have helped sellers become top performers by providing the right resources at the right times. How you ask? I like to start right at the beginning: onboarding. I am passionate about creating and designing onboarding programs that get sellers off to a fast start. Once formal onboarding is complete, my job isn't done. What is it they say? If you aren't moving forward, you're falling behind? This is why I love to create practical training curriculums and host workshops: to keep the learning going.But it's not just working with sellers that sparks joy. In fact, one of the best parts of my job is partnering with sales leaders to develop their coaching and leadership skills.
