As an Account Payable Specialist, I work as one of the facets that carriers and customers communicate with on a daily basis. Responsibilities include resolving payment disputes between carriers and NTG by providing client services. This is done by collaborating with fellow teammates in a cloud-based driven system to ensure accurate and prompt payment. Furthermore, I develop working relationships with our Sales and Operations employees to enhance the support of the carrier-client dynamic. Additionally, I manage one of the largest factoring company accounts that is worth roughly $1 million. I act as the liaison between the factoring company and our end clients. Here, I help resolve payment disputes, claims, and any problems that arise by providing open communication.

As an FSOP Intern, I worked as a Market Development Manager (MDM) where I prospected for new business and collaborated for value with customers to grow businesses by analyzing Customer Operating Models. Additionally, I sold in monthly and quarterly initiatives for the Florida Central Market Unit by utilizing my Customer Operating Models and Customer Connection Banks. I converted outlets from competition to help grow Coca-Cola’s sparkling line (Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite etc) as well as still brands (Smart Water, Vitamin Water). Approximately 8,000 gallons for all locations. Furthermore, I created a PowerPoint presentation as a part of my Capstone presentation to communicate the opportunities for tools within my territory that could also be used market wide. In doing so, I was able to present Coca-Cola’s business initiatives in conjunction with these tools to win-over and retain customers.
