Primary work involves rendering of environmental graphic design elements including signage systems, building elevations, and location layouts. Additional work requires the creation of various graphics as well as the conduction of site surveys using a mobile platform.

Support Project Coordinators, Project Managers and Principal with producing deliverables for signage design projects as needed. Tasks include project coordination and signage programming, construction administration, surveys, design, and other duties related to the successful execution of our project deliverables. Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Cad tools.

Performed the onboarding process for new and existing agents, organize weekly agent orientations and provided tech set up for agents coming on board. Worked closely with Compliance on licensing and transferring agents and properties. Sent weekly email to staff and ALC announcing all new agents and the upcoming schedule for the week and month. Created guidelines for the entire intake process and created checklists for all incoming and exiting agents. Also assisted with all Market Center events, such as RED Day, training events, food drives and other activities throughout the year.

Primary work involves the large-scale input of information into web portals for clients such as Wells Fargo and Chevron.
