My journey in the hospitality industry began with valuable customer service experience as a server at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants and The Wine Kitchen. Here, I developed essential skills in communication, problem-solving, and efficiency while earning recognition for my professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional service.Prior to joining United Way, I interned at Make-A-Wish Illinois, where I was fortunate to support the fulfillment of wishes for children with critical illnesses.
