As a design leader, researcher, and strategist, I guide teams through the iterative product development cycle in order to serve people and their most pressing unmet needs, and serve organizations in achieving their missions.I tackle the full range of the design process. From taking broad, bold visions and facilitating teams through research and workshops to chart the path forward; to iterating products and services from prototypes to pilots, with human-centered design serving as my guide post; and ultimately, to seeing the execution of work done when launched at scale and charting what comes next. My expertise is leading the product development process through human-centered research, and my happy place is working with multi-disciplinary teams in order to get the job done thoughtfully, thoroughly, and efficiently.
