I am currently a Graduate student at Texas A&M in the Rangeland, Wildlife, Fisheries Management Department. My research interest include fire ecology, human dimensions of parks and protected areas, and recreation management. I have worked for various land management agencies restoring ecosystems, improving recreation infrastructure, and conserving sensitive ecological systems. I have attained NWCG qualifications as an ICT5/FFT1, FAL2, ATVO, and UTVO as well as a ENOP (T). In addition to wildland firefighting and chainsaw operations I also have experience in pesticide application, water and wastewater management, equipment maintenance, and research applications.
