Development of Biomimetic Exoskeleton for Effective Rehabilitation of the HandNIH-NICHD Funded Research Project (1R03HD074870) PI: Sang-Wook Lee, PhD• Project overview: Robotic motor-assisted rehabilitation of recovering stroke patients at the Washington Medstar National Rehabilitation Hospital.•Experience: Worked on a team to 3D print and assemble an exoskeleton of a hand with motor controlled wire tendons. I also had direct interactions with patients when fitting the patient with the hand exoskeleton and talking them through each hand movement. Limited experience observing Motion Capture Data and Analysis of the study.

Sahana Kukke, PhD• Tested the muscular and brain connectivity of proximal and distal arm movement with use of Electroencephalogram (EEG) and Electromyography (EMG) technology.• Worked in a team of three to design a glove that require subjects to overcome a resistive force to activate muscles in order to measure coherence.
