Handle inbound calls from consumers in regards to questions on medical billing claims that have been submitted to their insurance. Also providing general coverage guidelines for various medical services that may be covered by insurance.

Key areas of responsibilities would include managing the workflow of inbound freight from inbound dock and receive thru to the RSP. Also responsible for communication of workflow status with Operations Managers and Area managers and any escalation of any barriers or deviation from Standard Work to the Sr. Managers. Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor share, leading meetings, and assigning job duties. Assisting as an associate resource, training associates and verifying SOP compliance. Ensuring successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of shift performance. Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity.

Provide one to one care to adolescent teens with both mental and emotional disabilities. Assist them with learning their activities of daily living. Provide person centered planning and therapeutic counseling. Administer medications as prescribed by physicians. Complete daily records and Medicaid forms.

Provide assistance with preforming activities of daily living to clients with both mental and physical disabilities. Assist clients with carrying out occupational therapy programs as outlined my resident therapist. Participate in monthly IDP meetings, along with the client and other developmental staff. Keep documented records as required by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services.
