Conducting status checks at the EPO, IPO, UKIPO, WIPO, USPTO and national patent office registers where available.Creating new cases on our internal docketing system.Preparing new patent applications for filing at the EPO, IPO, UKIPO and WIPO.Forwarding instructions to foreign associates to file new patent applications at national patent offices. Attending to the Recordal of Assignments, Mergers, Change of Names and Addresses at the EPO, IPO, UKIPO and WIPO.Prepare the validation of European Patents in each European country. Monitor receipt of all documents as filed and filing receipts. Prepare and forward final reports to clients.Provide paralegal support to all our patent attorneys.Work independently and as part of a team to make improvements to letter templates and docketing system to enhance efficiency.Monitoring and attending to the payment of annuities at the EPO, IPO, UKIPO, EUIPO, USPTO and internationally.
