I joined Sprockets when they were located in Bellows Falls, VT back in 2010 in teaching 2 spinning classes a week. I rejoined when Sprockets recently moved to Brattleboro VT and teach 1 Spinning Class as well as a 50 minute Circuit Class. The Circuit Class format incorporates strength and high intensity segments to challenge outside of comfort zone. I also am certified in group TRX and sub classes as needed.I have been certified in Spinning since Feb 2009.

Managed all Sales for Lifeway Kefir in both Natural & Independent sector as well as conventional supermarkets, distribution and BJ wholesale in the Northeast, as well as broker management. Temporarily helped cover NC & SC for a short while as well.

Category Managing and buying for the perishables category covering 7 warehouse distribution centers. Perishables was inclusive of tight codes of fresh milk to longer shelf life items as cheese. Also maintained inventory of frozen turkeys for holiday time.
