What do I love most about college? I think it might just be the amount of random connections you can make. For instance, there is no better time to say a completely absurd shower thought than standing in a hallway waiting to go into an exam room.Random conversations with strangers have led me to some of the best connections and relationships. I want to take this passion of creating relationships with me into my future career. I aspire to be a dentist who makes lasting connections with my patients to be able to provide the best dental care possible.While working as a dental assistant in my summer break, I got a glimpse at what these connections can look like in a dental chair. Some people are so scared to be at the dentist that all they want are some light-hearted jokes. Others want a genuine friend. I feel confident that I can provide both.
