About Allison Compton

Experienced Food Safety, Quality, & Regulatory Superintendent with a demonstrated history of working in the food production and agriculture/food policy industry. My passion for policy began while working with Congressman Weber (TX-14) on his Agriculture/Food & Space Portfolios in the U.S. House of Representatives – focusing on national food regulations. My STEM degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University has taught me quantitative reasoning and broadened my problem-solving abilities. Cargill has afforded me the opportunity to work alongside the USDA and focus on regulatory programs, audit compliance, and food quality assessments.
