Manages logistics and administrative processes and functions related to accreditation, higher education (accredited and non-accredited units), and professional level assessment (paper-based and computer-based) and certification. Ensures accurate and timely inquiry response, data entry, test registration processing, score reporting, and invoicing related to assessment, certification, and accreditation. Creates, disseminates, and follows up on email communications, special marketing promotions, and mass mailings with association members and customers. Works with Membership and Operations staff to ensure efficient and accurate invoicing and posting of payments and other fees associated with credentialing. Manages the preparation, review, and posting of information and resources on the FCS Credentialing Center and the FCS Research Center websites. Set-up online registration for online testing as well as certification testing at Affiliate and Universities. Proctor certification testing at local events. Works cooperatively within the division to complete division workload and to manage multiple phone lines in staffing the division customer support center. Produces reports and statistical information as needed by the Executive Director and other senior staff.

Actively sell annual conference exhibits, and advertising in AAMFT’s magazine, event invitations and on-site materials. Point of contact prior to and on-site for exhibitors, manage floor plan and ensuring exhibitors have all they need while on-site. Participate in development of event invitations, including writing invitational text, and selecting and supervising design vendors.Create and carry out the marketing plans/strategy for events and products through mailed and e-mailed invitations, ad placements, and website announcements. Write copy for members and advertisers email blast, choose imagery and send out 3-5 targeted blasts per week via Magnet Mail. Promote affinity programs that pay royalties to the association. Continually build prospective advertising/exhibitor list. Set up hotel/airline discounts codes for attendees for Annual Conference and Institutes. Provide content for our social media websites, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc… Onsite support at the Annual Conference-exhibit hall manager, registration support, create conference daily newsletter.

Run dues billing process monthly and create monthly statistical reports. Communication with mail houses to distribute bills and marketing materials. Set up online registration for annual conferences and institutes. Review vendor contracts annually, keep track of invoicing and negotiate contracts. Conduct new hire orientations and train staff on office equipment. Keep track of inventory and products in warehouse as well as on-site.
