Senior Loan Support Analyst
CurrentIn this position I directly work with our mortgage files and manage our portfolio with Freddie Mac. I assist with the selling, servicing, and closing of our mortgage loans in a timely manner. I monitor daily loan operations and work closely with bank department managers to promote communication and quality of service throughout the bank. I provide administrative support for multiple bank programs and coordinate changes and updates to staff. I create any reports and spreadsheets needed within the bank, and process our monthly and quarterly board reports. I consistently work on various projects for the bank to create efficiencies and improvements to bank processes. In this position I rely heavily on my accuracy, time management, and organization.
