I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 22 years; 15 of those year spent with Clyde’s Restaurant Group! All 22 years were spent in FOH— hostess, server, bartender, and then moved into corporate management. At the time, CRG had 12 locations and as the Corporate Trainer, all FOH staff was trained through me in our Training Center. During Covid I was promoted to Director of Training and started building a team. My next endeavor is to open my first restaurant with CRG in March 2024— Rye Street Tavern, in Baltimore, MD.
