Passionate and driven recent graduate who is eager to learn more and effectively apply my talents to any opportunity. Have gained knowledge in both leadership and teamwork through my education, work experience and involvement with my sorority. My strengths come through my ability to communicate effectively, utilize digital platforms, as well as prioritize multiple tasks. My overall goal is to provide the utmost care and knowledge to children along with creating a safe and fun learning environment. Introverts usually get a bad rep because they keep to themselves and are known as the "quiet ones". While this is true, I am also a people person and really enjoy building meaningful relationships. In my many job experiences, I have been able to do this and it has truly prepared me for the real world when I encounter people with different personality types. I also work well under pressure. When there's a goal that needs to be achieved in a short amount my time, I am able to focus in on what it will take to accomplish that goal and that is where I see some of my best work is executed. Throughout high school and college I have had the opportunities to serve in many leadership positions. I have served as a mentor for freshmen high school students and the Special Events Chair for Alpha Delta Pi at Drake University. In the spring and fall of 2019, I served my chapter of Alpha Delta Pi through a new position as COR (Continuous Open Recruitment) chair and I also served as a recruitment counselor within the Panhellenic Council.
