• Manage indirect costs that qualify for recovery from oilfield partners. Planning, forecasting and management of budget across the organization to ensure alignment with annual and quarterly goals. Closely track, report and analyze operating costs across business functions. • Provide recommendations to regional leadership through detailed analysis to pursue cost efficiencies, identify risk and implement continuous improvement.• Deliver monthly and quarterly analysis of financial results and forecasting. Reporting variances, KPIs, and risks to ensure key business drivers are met, understood, and updated as necessary.• Work directly with BP Corporate counterparts in multiple countries to manage Corporate Overhead charges. Research and understand benefits of these costs to BP Alaska, and work with operating function VPs to analyze and identify how the corporate support is value adding. When support is determined to be non-value adding, lead effort to dispute charges and adjust costs, charging methodology, or opt out of the allocation completely with proper justification.• BP Lead role for Annual Support Fee data collection, research, analysis, justification and submittal with oil field co-owners Conoco Phillips, Exxon Mobile, and Chevron.
