Manage volunteer staff of 6 while directing international operations for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to donating recycled computers to low-income schools in developing countries. Managed the production and mailing of biannual Member’s Calendar marketing campaign distributed to ~2000 donors. Drafted content on behalf of President and Vice President for Development for quarterly direct mailings, monthly online appeals, and ongoing marketing initiatives.

Led processing and allocation of ~300 current and endowed contributions per month into Raiser’s Edge and directed funds to Finance department. Generated reports of restricted and unrestricted revenue reviewed by department on a weekly basis.Assisted Juilliard’s Office of Special Events and Annual Giving team in hosting Development cultivation events. Supported the Annual Giving team with annual mailing campaigns by establishing specific queries tailored to appropriate constituents.

Worked with Executive Director of Jazz Studies to develop recruitment strategies; identified and established relationships between Juilliard and talented high school students. Created new online database that updates and notifies Juilliard Jazz faculty, staff, and students about concert information and projects.

Worked alongside Marketing Director to create print and digital marketing campaigns to promote content for films, TV shows, and commercials.
