It’s my duty to build and maintain relationships with patients as they go through their surgical journey. I gain trust by proving my knowledge and exceeding their expectations. I educate my patients and ensure they understand all risks and benefits before moving forward. I offer sincere interactions while also promoting our services and closing the deal. I prepare and deliver price quotes, collect payments, and discuss financing options. I coordinate every aspect of their surgery including pre and post operative appointments. I recruit new patients by contacting leads and strategizing social media posts, events, and publications. I discuss skin care products and spa services that would complement their surgical results. As front office coordinator it’s my role to greet clients in a friendly, welcoming way and provide a luxury experience. I act as a liaison to patients, offering anything they may need as they wait for their spa appointments. I quickly confirm all required consent forms are completed and demographic information is accurate. I prepare treatment rooms, cleaning and setting up for providers, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment. I must multitask to assist several patients simultaneously. I would also answer all incoming calls, schedule appointments and contact leads. I'd upsell clients with additional products and services and inform them of any ongoing specials or packages. Lastly, I would process payments and manage all monetary transactions.

At Ooh La La I held many responsibilities. It was my duty to ensure all patients had a luxury experience from the moment they first called to the moment they left. I'd manage leads, converting them into returning clients, and educate them on products and services. When a patient would arrive, I'd greet them with a smile on my face and welcome them to our office. I'd guide them to their treatment room and prepare them for their service. This would include providing consultations, education, answering questions, taking before and after photos, and prepping their skin for the doctor. I would assist the doctor by drawing up Botox, sterilizing equipment, and helping with any requests she may have. I would check out the patient after their service, and upsell additional products, and memberships. I would also see my own patients and provide skincare services such as clinical facials, microdermabrasion, HydraFacial, and more.
