I handle complex cases at all stages of litigation for clients across multiple industries, with a recent concentration on work for technology companies, regulated industries like transportation and energy, and higher education institutions. My goal is to see around corners for my clients, translating my experience litigating cases into effective case management, including the management of eDiscovery challenges. I am a leader in MTO’s Information Governance and eDiscovery practice group and use the insights I gain from participating in MTO’s Generative AI Task Force and the Sedona Conference Working Group 1 to develop efficient and effective solutions for my clients.
