Collected and synthesized data to help scientists produce a biopolymer-based biodegradable plastic from methane with the goal of reducing plastic in the ocean. Operated Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, gas chromatography, centrifuge, spectrofluorometer to collect data on nutrients and plastic in bioreactor samples.
