As a receptionist/office assistant for PEIP and MECP I learned the ins out of records, budgeting and inner works of a school district. While working with kids birth-5 years of age, I learned the inner workers of IFSP’s and how therapists and administration work alongside children and families with special needs. Answering phones, assisted supervisors and administrative assistants, secretaries, teachers, and other contract employees. Worked with the main PPS/MESD buildings for supply orders and transportation of buses. Was able to experience several different areas long enough to understand the innerworkers and cover for other staff if needed.
