Working for the Marketing Chief of Staff, I contributed analytical insights to the Marketing senior leadership team and marketing business units. In this role, I specifically developed a strong knowledge base of company reported financials and investor equity research. I combined this data with internal analysis to inform on Discover's market position.

I developed and presented analysis to business partners, interpreting and consolidating complex data on Discover's card portfolio. I also managed the workflow process with our third party data vendor to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data, resolving any data inquiries or inconsistencies.

I worked as a research associate on the Consumer Insights team. During this time, I gained in-depth experience facilitating survey development with external research firms. I had hands on experience testing, analyzing and reporting results for research projects for Discover Card Marketing.

I maintained relationships with 175+ merchants on Discover's online shopping portal and sold marketing placements on the site to promote sales. I encouraged cardmember usage through social media and targeted marketing campaigns. I also handled day-to-day responsibilities to upkeep the site.
