Responsible for understanding and managing a complex process of criminal history checks. Stay current on changes that are made in background check rules, policies, procedures, and laws. Notify supervisors and Administrator if new hire does not pass background check. Assure drug testing policy is followed where appropriate. Send authorization form to drug testing facility and Human Resources. Receive results from Human Resources and coordinates issues with hiring managers and Administrator.
