-Assorted Tennis Apparel for Spring 2015, utilizing a store survey to right size the door group and optimize inventory productivity. Strategically expanded brands and customer choices to hit our pre-season financial target plan of +16% Comp in Q1.-Primarily responsible for selecting, managing, and evaluating Tennis, Racquetball, and Other Racquet Sports assortments with annual department revenues over $25M.-Pooled resources with buyer and fixture team to create and deliver the Unstrung Tennis Racquet fixture. Fixture drove Pro Racquet comps from +1% in Q1 to +9.5% by end of Q3.-Increased test store Gatorade sales by 30% over control stores through pilot of a Gatorade Cart that matched professional and NCAA teams’ cart magnets with appropriate markets. Partnered with vendor to launch the cart in all doors in FY 2013.-Organized the inaugural Team Sports Accessories Store Sport Band Contest which incentivized Store Associates to promote an additive purchase of Sport Bands. Successfully met goal of exceeding $1 million in Sport Band sales in FY 2012.-Active involvement in face-to-face negotiations with current and potential vendors and perform post offer modeling through proprietary analytics software.-Served as a volunteer on the Associate Committee of Engagement. Helped plan HQ participation in St. Jude Children’s Hospital fund raisers, facilitated at annual HR Conference, and secured vendor commitments for onsite clinics and sampling events.-Member of college recruiting and interviewing team at Indiana University.
