- Lead all Center operations, finances, strategy, and growth. Grew the Center’s annual budget and expanded programs to improve global health equity, train the next generation of global health leaders, and advance evidence-based solutions for Climate and Health. - Developed a 3-year strategic plan for the Center, including obtaining input from over 100 Faculty and University experts, introducing indicators of success, setting fundraising targets, and creating an operational plan to ensure focus and impact. - Lead of the Action Lab for Planetary Health (ALPHA), an evidence-to-action lab that partners with Stanford Faculty to disseminate their research to policymakers and community members. - Designed, funded, and launched a new international multi-University, multi-disciplinary Planetary Health Postdoctoral Fellowship program. - Manage the annual call for global health seed grants, funding up to 10 multi-disciplinary global health research projects. Monitor grantee progress and impact. - Represent the Center across Stanford; manage the Center’s Global Health Faculty affiliate program, with approx. 200 Stanford Faculty.

- Founding team member. Grew the initiative from a $2.5million project to a 60-person, $80million project with worldwide operations, multiple donors, and strategic partnerships. - Raised and managed over $80million in grants, contracts and unrestricted gifts from the Gates Foundation, USAID, Novartis Foundation, Sean Parker Foundation, ExxonMobil, US Department of Defense, the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB, Malaria, and more.- Led a consultative strategic planning process to shift a programmatic focus from local malaria elimination to global malaria eradication, with a focus on strategic impact, scale-up, and sustainability for the group. - Established initial management structures; expanded mission and led a restructure to absorb growth. - Directly supervised up to 9 employees and 21 indirect reports.- Represented the team at high-level international meetings with participants including heads of state, ministers of health and finance, and senior executives in Botswana, China, Eswatini, Kenya, Mexico, Myanmar, Namibia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Switzerland, Thailand, UK, USA, and Vietnam.- Key Advisor to Sir Richard Feachem, member of the UCSF Global Health Group’s Leadership Team, member of the UCSF Institute of Global Health Sciences Management team.

- Designed and launched an HIV/AIDS and malaria prevention education for rural farmers and small-holder company employees; educated over 20,000 Tanzanians in disease prevention. - Seconded to McKinsey and Company for a 3-month project making private sector health investment recommendations for the World Bank and Gates Foundation.
