I am currently leading an amazing group of over 30 educators to provide high quality instruction at the Preschool level. In addition to maintaining an educational and happy school environment, I am responsible for growing student enrollment, building parent/community relationships, and overall budgeting and facility management.

Prior to being promoted to Principal I briefly worked as an AP with Spring Education Group and supported a variety of my schools' learning environments and activities to ensure they were set up for student success. Another main focus during my time in this role was establishing a relationship with our local career-tech center to connect aspiring educators with job opportunities as they approached graduation.

International Partnership of Education Research and Communication Foundation.With this unique foundation, I organized and managed cultural immersion experiences for students, teachers, and administrators to provide meaningful experiences between schools and the foundations programs. I also acted as a liaison for partnered schools by recruiting students internationally and assessing schools programs to maximize potential for preparing students for global citizenship. This in turn, supported the foundations mission for increasing global awareness and understanding.

Creating an exciting and challenging learning environment for students with a variety of ability levels. Encouraging growth in all areas of child development while adhering to Common Core standards throughout the lesson planning process.

Piloting a new course opportunity for students by creating original lesson plans for a Student Government unit. Assisting with outreach events and promoting students to get involved. Began a monthly newsletter for families to inspire interest in their students' school activities.

Assisting with IEP's by working with administration and parents to discover methods that would help improve their child’s educational experiences. Forming a relationship and effectively communicating with troubled students who often visited the guidance counselor with personal issues.
