As a trainer and facilitator with MEA, I help members develop awareness, build skills, and gain tools to create healthy generative workplace cultures. The MEA curriculum includes courses on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), unconscious bias in the workplace and hiring process, Communicating with Diplomacy, Emotional Intelligence, and Critical Conversations. Directed educational programming and outreach for the exhibition "The Power of Conversation: Jewish Women and their Salons" created by The Jewish Museum in NYC.- Conceived and developed an interactive theatrical tour and curriculum for school-aged students with the Underground Railway Theater, and became the center-point for fundraising.- Managed marketing, including the development of website, as well as outreach and delivery of group tours to school and community groups.
