I am a highly motivated recent graduate with a Master's of Business Administration and a Master's of Health Administration. An Overview of What I have done so far:1-Marketing-I have interviewed company representatives in order to write marketing plans for their companies. I have also assisted with the writing and editing of materials to market outreach events.2-Social Media Management-I have created and maintained social media accounts for organizations, and built websites using a website builder. I served as the primary writer and editor, and taught others to assist as needed as well. I have also taught others how to connect with those accounts.3-Leadership, Training, and Communication-I have built and led teams. I have experience developing and mentoring team members, and training future leaders. I have also chosen which members to promote to the next position and prepared them for their new position. I can communicate both verbally and written with diverse groups of people.4-Event Planning-I have experience planning and assisting with events of various sizes, including supervising a team of volunteers.5-Customer Service-I have been proactive in helping customers with situations from finding an item to explaining policies and regulations to handling complicated purchases.6-Office Assistance- I have experience handling office duties, from reception to arranging room reservations for meetings,scheduling appointments, and screening phone calls. I can also create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office. I can use outlook, Google products, and learn any new software easily.
