Managing, developing, executing and facilitating training that supports the JM Lexus dealership in helping associates and leaders in Sales and Service reach their potential. We are the only Lexus "Your Plus Dealer" in the southern region (13 states) that offers a single point of contact and upfront pricing. Driving this business model and providing ongoing training to Sales and Service to ensure an outstanding guest experience is my main focus.

Responsible for developing and managing enterprise programs in the Learning & Development curriculum as well as facilitating a portion of the professional development classes and leadership programs through highly engaged learning content resulting in survey scores that met and exceeded industry benchmarks. Managed a team of instructors, training coordinator, and business consultant in providing learning solutions aligned to competencies and provided coaching at all levels within the organization, specifically to senior leaders using a competency based 360 assessment to help improve performance and develop talent.

Managed all HR outsourcing activities to help onboard employees who have been transitioned into the company and worked directly with sales teams to develop winning HR solutions. Facilitated Town Halls, 1:1s and developed and delivered a global orientation class with a focus on change managment. Successfully project managed over 50 company transitions and integrated over 3,000 employees into the company. Built strong, positive relationships with transitioned employees, executives and clients which ensured successful transitions. Supported a global team of HR consultants in providing client facing collateral, competitive information, statistical reports, employee surveys, and assisted with various RFPs to help win new business. Also provided sales support in the areas of collateral and training. (HP acquired EDS in 2008 which became HP Enterprise Services)

Facilitated leadership classes and programs to over 1,500 leaders in the U.S. Assisted with the rollout and delivery of HR corporate intiatives.

Acted as a liason between employees and senior leadership for the "Wireless" account. Identified areas of training and successfully executed programs that improved client satisfaction and workforce productivity. Provided customized training in the areas of leadership and professional development including the development of a corporate "Customer Service" class.

Managed a team of 7 trainers in the areas of product (telecommunications), professional and technical training. Responsible for a P&L and all budgetary items associated with training. Delivered a variety of leadership and professional development skills classes.

(Computer Associates) Managed a staff of 5 trainers in conducting regional and on-site business application software training for clients of CA. Developed and conducted internal training for sales, technical support departments and clients. Participated in all marketing efforts, including presenting at trade shows and demonstrating various products.

Provided application "software" training that was developed in-house to customers. (Access Technology, based out of Natick, MA was acquired by Computer Associates in 1991)
