As a SR. L&D Specialist, I facilitated New Hire, technical release, and Professional Development trainings while utilizing the techniques for adult learning. I designed, developed, and implemented business updates including the implementation of Salesforce Classic and Lightning. I helped maintain New Hire curriculum to include eLearning.
