• Oversaw and managed all aspects of BHCHP’s AmeriCorps/Community HealthCorps® program including selection, training, evaluation, coordination and compliance • Coordinated the recruitment, selection, and placement of traditional volunteers and interns, resulting in mission-driven and mutually beneficial partnerships • Managed Patient Activities program– volunteer-led games, crafts, workshops, etc. – within BHCHP’s medical respite facility for medically-frail, homeless adults • Provided support and insight to Human Resources initiatives, especially in areas such as recruitment, orientation and training, where the needs of volunteers and employees have a significant overlap

• Planned, coordinated, and led activities for homeless men and women staying in medical respite facility, the Barbara McInnis House• Worked with Manager Volunteers & Community Partnerships to operate a clothing distribution program, as well as solicited clothing donations from local companies and other resources• Supported patients and staff in the outpatient clinic by assisting with general and varied tasks such as, but not limited to: assisting patients using the telephone, data entry, scheduling patient appointments

• Assisted in the management of the annual "eat LUNCH give" event• Conducted outreach to increase participation in the event, as well as solicit sponsorships from local businesses and individuals• Performed data tracking and analysis for communications and events
