Provide support to front desk cast members as well as act as a branch of leadership for front office operations. This position also allows for collaboration with Boardwalk Leadership team to ensure guest satisfaction once they arrive to Walt Disney World and throughout their stay with us. In this role, I am responsible for member satisfaction and have created one of the best pool environments members have experienced in a long time. I have also implemented a new beverage program and create drink specials as well as plan upscale events, pool parties, and swim lessons. Organization and communication are two crucial skills to have while holding this position along with exceptional customer service skills.

In the first 2 years, I served the residents their meals and created a sense of home for them. This job entails a lot of patience and a loving personality. A server working with this clientale needs to make the best out of situations and create close relationships with residents. The service industry requires organization, verbal and written communcation, customer service skills.Within my last year in the company, I was promoted to a management position where I acted as an example to the servers. I would train new employees, do interviews, and help the management team execute ideas and bring new ideas in order for the operation to run more smooth. I implemented a new delivery service system when residents were unable to leave their rooms during Covid-19 and made myself available to any resident or employee who needed me.
