Responsible for industrializing our project business with a Configure to Order operating model. Designed an environment, process, culture, and tools for the people in our company to use which is applied to our product lines and scalable across the business. Led a cross-functional team of over 100 people across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to implement this new model into our company.

Accountable for the development of the SS2.0 15ksi 350F subsea vertical and horizontal tree systems. Development followed Lean Product and Process Development lean principles and tools.

• Led the design and development of the HPHT 20KSI System and auxiliary tooling scope for Shell, BP, Chevron, and Anadarko. o Led the design team to reconfigure the tree system to reduce size, weight, and part count. The new tree system reduced cost by 35% and weight by 25%. o Managed and developed an execution driven global team of 12 Engineers, 5 Designer/Drafters, and 3 FE Analysts. o Acted as the primary customer interface for the Well Completion Systems.

• Led the design and development of the HPHT 20KSI/ 400F EVDT Tree, Tubing Head, and auxiliary tooling scope for Shell, BP, Conoco Phillips, Chevron, and Anadarko. Managed a global project during times of unclear requirements and helped team close gaps in order to successfully progress the HPHT project.o Developed the core interface for HPHT EVDT System. Established a single interface for the XT, THD, TH, and major tools for 5"-15K, 5"-20K, and 7"-15K completion systems. o Completed preliminary sizing exercises for ASME VIII Division II versus ASME VIII Division III methodologies for HPHT design codes to present size impacts to equipment. o Conceptualized the full function HPHT XT and THD; which includes 15 downhole lines and 20KSI/400F valve and seal interfaces. o Managed and developed an execution driven global team of 9 Design Engineers, 3 Designer/Drafters, and various FE Analysts. o Steered HPHT flange design by developing design methods, establishing testing requirements, and managing qualification scope. Efforts include 5"-20K flange design, FMC BX-169 flange design, BX-169 hub separation testing, and BX-H152 eccentric testing. o Established an assembly and test plan for Appomattox and 20K Tree Systems. o Led effort to perform manufacturing trials on the 2" and 5" HPHT seat pockets and valve cavities at FMC Gears Road Facility. Influenced machine and weld shop to prioritize work.o Represented WCS as the GVT and GST Integrated Product Team Representative, supporting GVT and GST to be successful in completing the verification and validation of their HPHT Scopes.

• Led the WCS Flowloop Integrated Product Team to "simplify the design and manufacturing process for a WCS flowloop globally". o Accountable to Global WCS Product Line Management, Global Materials Council, and Global Category Management.o Oversaw execution activities of team which comprised of engineers, FE analysts, sourcing and procurement, welding engineers, quality engineers, and materials engineers in Houston, Dunfermline, Glasgow, Kongsberg, Rio, Singapore, and Hyderabad. o Released first WCS Flowloop Standard and Design Guideline to align design process globally.o Limited the design codes WCS references to design pipework to ASME VIII Division II and Division III to standardize engineer and analyst workloads. • Provided influential contributions to the development of 5"-15K 350F Slimbore EVDT completion system. o Designed and qualified the THD Helix to TH Key Interface o Designed and qualified all non-metallic seals for the permanently installed equipment. o Developed the pipework on the XT and THD. o Headed forging trials for the buttered hot forged bend elbows in XT flowloops.

• Supported the design work for the 5"-10K Slimbore EVDT Shell Stocking Project.• Wrote FAT and EFAT procedures for tree system.

• Assembled and tested BP Thunderhorse project as an intern in WCS Hi-Bay summer of 2008. • Responsible for dispositioning QN's relating to welding as an intern in WCS Western Region summer of 2009. • Designed shipping skid assemblies for WAS riser as a student engineer in the College Station Design Center.
