I thrive in an environment where I work with and lead a diverse and global team towards a meaningful goal. I am passionate about solving problems and making a noticeable difference in the work our company does. This is one of the primary reasons I've spent majority of my career leading Product (and Process) Developments; starting as a design engineer, using lean thinking to pave the way by becoming a value stream manager, and then a Chief of Transformation. The impact a new product line has on providing value to our clients while affecting the way an organization operates after it's launched is amazing to see - I love being a part of that journey and working to constantly improve the way we do this work and maintain our products. I currently live in Kongsberg, Norway. Before this role, I have been based in Houston and am fortunate to have frequently travelled to Norway, Scotland, Singapore, India and Brazil to work more closely with teams in those locations.

Lead Engineer, Well Completion Systems DevelopmentFmc Technologies Jan 2013 - Aug 2016Houston, Tx• Led the design and development of the HPHT 20KSI/ 400F EVDT Tree, Tubing Head, and auxiliary tooling scope for Shell, BP, Conoco Phillips, Chevron, and Anadarko. Managed a global project during times of unclear requirements and helped team close gaps in order to successfully progress the HPHT project.o Developed the core interface for HPHT EVDT System. Established a single interface for the XT, THD, TH, and major tools for 5"-15K, 5"-20K, and 7"-15K completion systems. o Completed preliminary sizing exercises for ASME VIII Division II versus ASME VIII Division III methodologies for HPHT design codes to present size impacts to equipment. o Conceptualized the full function HPHT XT and THD; which includes 15 downhole lines and 20KSI/400F valve and seal interfaces. o Managed and developed an execution driven global team of 9 Design Engineers, 3 Designer/Drafters, and various FE Analysts. o Steered HPHT flange design by developing design methods, establishing testing requirements, and managing qualification scope. Efforts include 5"-20K flange design, FMC BX-169 flange design, BX-169 hub separation testing, and BX-H152 eccentric testing. o Established an assembly and test plan for Appomattox and 20K Tree Systems. o Led effort to perform manufacturing trials on the 2" and 5" HPHT seat pockets and valve cavities at FMC Gears Road Facility. Influenced machine and weld shop to prioritize work.o Represented WCS as the GVT and GST Integrated Product Team Representative, supporting GVT and GST to be successful in completing the verification and validation of their HPHT Scopes. -
