As the Director of Programming at the Calgary Stampede, Allison oversees a highly innovative and creative division of the organization that is responsible for the festival experience during the Calgary Stampede event every July. With an deep understanding of the unique pieces of the Stampede experience from ideation to execution, how each piece interacts with the other to support the guest engagement and financial performance, the Stampede Programming team delivers exceptional experiences in a dynamic environment of ever-changing consumer expectations to +1.4M guests annually and shares these experiences to +14M broadcast audiences around the world each year. Allison has made contributions to a variety of initiatives across the park over her Stampede career including extensive program development and delivery, revenue optimization and business-to-business relationship development, site operations including park improvements and facility operations for the 40+ buildings across the 200 acres site as well as service program structure to support a guest centric culture within the organization and workflow process improvements to drive overall efficiency.
