Analyst (QA/PI) for NYP Analytics:• Reported select infection control data elements to the CDC's National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) on a monthly basis under tight deadlines, with a focus on enterprise-wide CAUTI, CLABSI, and MDRO (CRE, MRSA), and unit & facility-level denominator data; worked effectively with EpicTogether team to problem-solve and remedy any errors in data in Epic. • Coordinated & completed NHSN's Annual Hospital Survey for six of NYP's campuses. • Coordinated quarterly analyses of Joint Commission FSA requirements for central line & SSI-related data.• Assisted in coordination & submission of daily COVID-19 data to Department of Health & Human Services (HHS). Data Analyst for the Department of Infection Prevention & Control.• Oversaw all Lower Manhattan Hospital HAI data (CAUTIs, CLABSIs, MDROs, SSIs) from their integration into the NYP Enterprise in January 2014 - December 2014; oversaw enterprise-wide CAUTI & CLABSI data from January 2015 - transition to new department in November 2018.• Fulfilled ad-hoc infection control data, communications, and quality & patient safety requests, as needed.
