Webdam functions as the system of record and governance over the content that powers 600+ global brands. Recent contributions include managing and launching a modern Search service focused on findability across a range of content types. Immediately following the Beta and gathering input from an engaged customer group, focus shifted to performance at scale. Customers housing over 25 million assets and objects now retrieve results in fewer than 500 milliseconds, and there is a strong emphasis on accessibility and time to value. Search 2.0 went live to all customers Q1 2022.Prior to management of Webdam's Core platform (beginning April 2021), I managed Webdam’s creative workflow tool, Workstream, a module adjacent to the Core platform. I was responsible for the asset creation surface area of Webdam’s product offering. Workstream captures creative requests as actionable tasks and handles in-progress design assets through iteration until final approval. Leveraged by marketing teams handling thousands of asset requests and tight turnaround times, Workstreams performance and usability are paramount to productivity. My contributions were rooted in UX fundamentals and include improving navigational efficiency and reducing load times within staple product pages by 93% for high usage accounts. -
